German Perez Moran received the degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 1998 from the University of the Basque Country, Spain.
From 1998 until 2010 he was with Robotiker working on topics related to electronic design for renewables.

He is the manager of the NAUTILUS project for the development of a semisubmersible structure for a 5MW wind turbine.
He is the author of more than 15 papers and conference communications in national and international forums.
He is the holder of a patent related to a connection system for wave energy converters.
